School is fun!

School is fun; I have been at Emmaus for 5 years and have enjoyed it from the start.

Our teachers have made our lessons interesting and fun but have still taught us many things through them.

I like many subjects e.g. Maths, Science, English, Art/Dt, PE, Topic, Grammar, Music and Bible Topic. We’ve learnt many interesting about the Romans this term including the Roman Legions’ invasion of Britain.

Maths is split up into number maths, maths time and money, data handling, maths shape and measures and mental maths. English is split up into Fiction and Non-fiction. We have Art for one term and DT for the next. In mental maths we are timed to do some multiplication or division questions. We get a certificate if we get a certain level right 3 times in a row.

There are 6 people in my class including me and my twin brother. Our school currently contains 24 people. It would be nice to have some more children in our school.
